本集介紹

💡 I’ve done all I can./ I’ve done my best.
「仁至義盡」是指竭力盡到「仁」與「義」之道，仁義之道指的是仁愛與正義，即是待人要寬厚、處事要有義氣，為儒家的中心思想。
It means you’ve done everything within your power, and you can’t be expected to do more. Someone has reached their limit.

- I’ve done my part. – This means you’ve fulfilled your responsibility, and now it’s up to someone else.
- eg. "I’ve done my part by organizing the event, now the rest is up to you."
- I’ve gone above and beyond. – This emphasizes that you’ve done more than what was expected. *go above and beyond 超出預期、出乎意料地
- eg. "I’ve gone above and beyond to help them, but they still weren’t satisfied."
- I’ve done everything within my power. – This suggests you’ve done everything possible in the situation.
- eg. "I’ve done everything within my power to fix the problem."
- That’s the best I can do. – A more casual way to say there’s nothing more you can offer or contribute.
- eg. "I’m sorry, but that’s the best I can do."
