平衡專注,是在瑜伽練習過程當中,身體的一種覺知,一種感受,同時也是練習瑜伽階段性的目標。
請準備好一張瑜伽墊,請放下所有外在外面的紛擾,把目光焦點回到自己的身上,練習過程中,一切自在一切自然,包括你的呼吸。
練習瑜伽體式:山式(Mountain Pose),上舉祈禱式(Upward Mountain Pose Namaste Hands),金雞獨立姿式(
Golden Rooster Stands on One Leg Stance),凝視點(Drishti in Yoga),英雄式I (Warrior I
Pose),英雄式II(Warrior II Pose),平板式(Plank Pose),下犬式(Downward-Facing Dog
Pose), 嬰兒式(Child’s Pose),躺姿蝴蝶式(Reclining Bound Angle
Pose),大休息(Savasana)。最後隨著音樂的流動,繼續大休息或者自由的靜心或冥想。
