✨ 上集Episode 1 沒有聽過的朋友可以先去回顧一下裡面有一些單字是承接在一起的，一起複習，邊看邊聽會更有印象喔!

▶求職廣告中常見的雇用方式

1. Contract employee 約聘人員
ex. Our company occasionally brings in contract employees for specific projects.
我們公司有時因為特定的計畫會僱用約聘人員。
✩employee / contract staff 指受僱者，雇員

2. Freelance 從事特約工作者，特約的
ex. My beautiful cousin is a freelance model.
我的漂亮表妹是一名特約模特兒。

3. Permanent staff 正式長期員工
ex. The company plans to hire more permanent staff after cutting some of its
temporary workers.
公司裁減一些臨時雇員後，打算僱用更多正式員工。

4. Salary 固定薪資
ex. It's difficult for him to get a salary job in an economic downturn.
在經濟不景氣的情況下，他很難找到一份薪水工作。

▶ 幾種常見的雇員稱呼

❶ intern 實習生
❷ temp 臨時僱員
❸ parttime 兼職的
❹ full-time 全職的

✭ volunteer 義工；志願者
「志工」就是志願從事這項服務工作的人，以這項服務工作為志願的人。
「義工」是義務工作，在休假或工作休閒的空餘時間，去做不支薪的服務工作。
💡但其實「志工」及「義工」在英文裡是使用同一個英文單字喔！
volunteer (n.) 志工；義工
👉The Health clinic is relying on volunteers to run the office and answer the
phones.
這家健康門診依靠志願者來負責辦公室的日常工作和接聽電話。
volunteer (v.)無償（做）；義務（做）
👉During the emergency many staff volunteered to work through the weekend.
緊急時刻，很多員工都自願週末加班。
