公司產品主要應用在半導體及液晶平面顯示器產業中所使用的設備模組及元件。

半導體設備方面，公司與國際設備大廠(例如AMAT及TEL)策略聯盟，以合約製造方式提供國際設備大廠半導體設備用的關鍵零組件及系統，以減少資本支出造成的產能空閒問題，使產品市場多元化，並可使公司在精密系統整合上的技能強化。

2018年，公司積極發展微汙染防治設備及污水監控設備等新業務，微汙染防治設備主要是與晶圓代工廠共同開發。

2020年，公司決議擴建竹南二廠，於2021年底完工，完工後預估3年內備品產能較目前達倍增。大陸方面，南京浦口建廠規畫持續進行，主要鎖定在非製程設備，其中包含微汙染防治系統。
