Shanghai Bank’s June revenue was 2.443 billion yuan, a monthly increase of 3.12%, an annual increase of 20.93%, hitting a 32-month high, and writing this year’s four consecutive months of revenue growth; the second quarter’s consolidated revenue was 7.048 billion yuan, a quarterly increase 17.6%, a year-on-year increase of 25.2%, setting a new high for nearly 11 quarters; consolidated revenue in the first half of the year was 13.04 billion yuan, an annual increase of 41.08%, the second highest in the same period.
Shanghai Bank pointed out that electric vehicles and fuel vehicles will use ball screws, especially the brake system or steering system of electric vehicles. The automobile product cycle is long, and the production capacity of a product cycle can easily take off one million vehicles. Shanghai Bank has obtained the IATF16949 automotive quality management system certification last year and started trial mass production. It is estimated that the output will increase from the end of this year to next year, and mass production is expected by the end of 2022.
Zhuo Wenheng said that during the severe epidemic, Shanghai Bank actively served the new needs of customers, deployed semiconductor, medical, 5G, automation and other industrial equipment factories in advance, and demonstrated its strong competitive strength by long-term investment in brand marketing and product research and development.
Zhuo Wenheng said that when Shanghai Bank built new factories in China and overseas this year, the annual capital expenditure increased from more than 1 billion yuan last year to 3 to 4 billion yuan. The old factory in the Taichung Industrial Zone received a volume award from the Taichung City Government and is expected to be rebuilt by the end of this year; Yunlin Three thousand square meters of land in the science and technology park broke ground on the 29th; the Kobe plant in Japan held a groundbreaking ceremony on May 31; the new plant in Italy is expected to break ground before the end of the year.
Zhuo Wenheng pointed out that Shanghai Bank currently has full orders for wafer robots and wafer systems, the mainland market is enthusiastic, and the European and American markets are improving, and there is a strong demand for orders. In particular, the delivery time of large ball screws and linear slides is more than half a year, the delivery time of small and medium-sized linear guides or ball screws is at least three to four months, and the delivery time of certain specifications of ball screws and linear slides is five to six months. There is room for double-digit growth in revenue.

上銀6月營收24.43億元，月增3.12％，年增 20.93％，創32個月新高、並寫下今年連續四個月營收成長；第二季合併營收70.48億元，季增17.6％，年增25.2％，締造近11季新高；上半年合併營收130.4億元，年增41.08％，創同期次高。
上銀指出，電動車、燃油汽車都會用到滾珠螺桿，尤其電動車剎車系統或轉向系統，汽車產品週期較長，一個產品週期產能動輒百萬輛起跳。上銀去年已取得IATF16949汽車品質管理系統認證，開始試量產，推估今年底到明年產量增加，預計2022年底大量生產。
卓文恒表示，疫情嚴峻時期，上銀積極服務客戶新需求，超前部署半導體、醫療、5G、自動化等產業設備廠，憑藉長期投入品牌行銷及產品研發，展現上銀堅強的競爭實力。
卓文恒表示，上銀今年國內及海外新建廠房，全年資本支出從去年10多億元增加至30～40億元，台中工業區舊廠取得台中市政府容積獎勵，預計今年底重建；雲林科技園區有三千坪土地29日動土；日本神戶廠已於5月31日舉辦奠基典禮；義大利新廠可望年底前動土。
卓文恒指出，上銀目前晶圓機器人及晶圓系統訂單爆滿，大陸市場熱絡、歐美市場景氣好轉，接單需求殷切。尤其，大型滾珠螺桿及線性滑軌交期達半年以上，中小型線軌或滾珠螺桿交期至少三～四個月，某些規格滾珠螺桿及線性滑軌交期五～六個月，全年營收有兩位數成長空間。
卓文恒表示，上銀從智慧製造、設備及製程做改善，因應原材料及運費等成本上升，去年底至今年第一季多次調漲售價，漲幅超過一成，售價雖未回到2018年高峰期水準，但今年毛利率會比去年好
