00:10 早餐後 衆人離開飯廳會議 Emily稱不適 留守飯桌 幻覺被蜜蜂針刺 另一邊 Blore懷疑老婦是兇手 不久她卻被發現死於注射 醫生的針筒不見了 大家聽從法官意見 將兇器 包括隊長手槍和法官安眠藥 鎖起 偵探找到針筒在陶瓷士兵旁
14:23 餘下五人變得不安 醫生神經質地抽煙 秘書準備茶水 衆人前往監督 入夜 秘書回房休息 以為被掐住脖子 隨即尖叫 衆人趕至 發覺只是海藻 衆人不見法官 被發現坐在椅子上 身穿紅色窗簾 頭戴灰色假髮 頭部中彈死亡
