概要

麻芛湯是台中的特色食物。他被認為是消暑聖品，具有退火的功能，這道料理的主角來自於黃麻的嫩葉，日治時期，黃麻是重要的經濟作物，台中盆地更是生產黃麻的重要據點之一，作為台中最早被漢人開墾的南屯區，也將喝麻芛湯的文化保留下來，成為這裡重要的歷史痕跡。
