從小長大，
我猶如小雛鳥在一個鳥巢中成長，
等待被餵養，把食物帶到來我咀邊。

我身邊滿是大鳥（父母、叔叔姨姨），
有他們的照顧、榜樣，
我才能無憂無慮地成長。
.
小鳥一天、一天地長大。
漸漸長出了羽毛、學懂了飛翔。

當牠長成大鳥，
終於在天際展翅高飛時，
牠始終，仍會回望昔日的鳥巢，
珍惜、感恩過去，
曾照顧牠的每一位。

Growing up, I was like an eaglet well protected in its nest. Every day the eaglet was tenderly nurtured, waiting for food to come its way.
.
All around it were the elders. They are comparable to my parents, uncles and aunties, who filled my childhood with unconditional love and care, as well as valuable life lessons.
.
Day by day, the eaglet grew stronger. As feathers grew all over its wings, it took flight.
.
Now the day has come for the eaglet to soar high in the sky, with its wings spread wide. Still, it will look back at the nest, full of gratitude for those who helped nurture it through to maturity.

艷陽高照，天空一片金光閃耀。雛鷹歪著小腦袋，看著長輩騰空而起，在飄渺霧靄中來回俯衝，心裡驚讚不已。
.
雛鷹知道，終有一天，牠會與長輩一起翱翔天際，乘著氣流升騰，展翅高飛到遠方去。
.
雛鷹看得入迷，滿心興奮，渴望以牠的小腦袋盡可能地吸收學習。
.
牠知道，有朝一日，牠遨遊萬里的時間會到來，也會守護曾經看顧過牠的。
