本集介紹

1:14 上帝說：「天上要有光體，可以分晝夜，作記號，定節令、日子、年歲，
1:15 並要發光在天空，普照在地上。」事就這樣成了。
1:16 於是上帝造了兩個大光，大的管晝，小的管夜，又造眾星，
1:17 就把這些光擺列在天空，普照在地上，
1:18 管理晝夜，分別明暗。上帝看著是好的。
1:19 有晚上，有早晨，是第四日。

14 And God said, “Let there be lights in the vault of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark sacred times, and days and years, 15 and let them be lights in the vault of the sky to give light on the earth.” And it was so. 16 God made two great lights—the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night. He also made the stars. 17 God set them in the vault of the sky to give light on the earth, 18 to govern the day and the night, and to separate light from darkness. And God saw that it was good. 19 And there was evening, and there was morning—the fourth day.

上帝創造星球，也就是天上的光體的目的，不是讓人看星座，做占星或是算命，甚至人的生命不是受到這些星球的影響，因為上帝在這裡明明宣告：「天上要有光體，可以分晝夜，作記號，定節令、日子、年歲，並要發光在天空，普照在地上。」

也因為如此我們不要受到星座學說或占星術的影響，以為自己的特質和命運是受這些操控，甚至這些也無法影響我們與上帝的關係，正如保羅所說：「因為我深信無論是死，是生，是天使，是掌權的，是有能的，是現在的事，是將來的事，是高處的，是低處的，是別的受造之物，都不能叫我們與上帝的愛隔絕；這愛是在我們的主基督耶穌裡的。」（羅馬書8:38-39）

這裡所說之「高處的」、「低處的」就是在高處的星座和低處的星座，在占星術來說人受高處的影響大、在低處是影響小；但是基督徒一點也不受這些影響，因為基督已經得勝，祂的愛更是永不改變的！因此，信了耶穌基督以後不僅不需要算命，更因基督生命已經更新了！
