Being ghosted - it happens both ways. Sometimes we get candidates who ignore us or “hilang orang” half way through the recruitment process. While we may not fully understand why candidates ghosted us but we do have some insights on why recruiters go silent.

TIP: If you don’t hear from them, drop them a message or even a call. ☎️📳 Not all recruiters are nasty, good ones will still give you an update even though it may take a while :)
