瑞昱半導體股份有限公司（英語：Realtek Semiconductor Corp.）創辦於1987年10月21日，是一臺灣無廠半導體公司，2016年為全球十大無晶圓IC供應廠之一，亦是台灣第三大IC設計公司。瑞昱以新台幣200萬起家，最初是生產電腦周邊用品，後來開始研發網路晶片，並於1991年推出臺灣首顆自行研發的乙太網路卡控制器RTL8002。1995年9月成為台灣第一家取得ISO 9001認證之IC設計公司，1998年在臺證所掛牌上市。2006年9月取得ISO 14001認證。2017年，瑞昱的營業額已達新台幣416億元。
由於瑞昱的商標是一個寫著「RMC」字樣的螃蟹圖案，早期網路晶片與音效晶片都是獨立的PCI介面卡時，產品CP值相當高，被電腦愛好者暱稱為「螃蟹卡」。 迄今，半數以上的Windows桌機和筆電均內建其音效卡
