《柚誌》是一檔認真說話的節目。閒聊得很認真(??)，討論議題也很認真。 我們直視美濃的現實，也凝視高齡社會中，那些被遺忘、被低估的人生片段。 壽命延長的時代裡，「第三人生」終將成為多數人的必經之路。那不只是結束，更是另一種開始——開始學習，重新陪伴，練習與自己好好相處。 這一集，柚誌走進龍肚。 一個人們常常經過，卻很少真正停下來的地方。 像許多美濃的里一樣，這裡高齡化快速。年輕人離開得早，留下的長輩，從沉默在家，到慢慢走進社區，重新連結、重新生活。我們訪問了在地耕耘多年的劉蘭英老師。 她談社區據點如何成為安頓孤單的地方，也分享了第三人生的五樣寶物：老伴、老窩、老底、老友、老身——每一樣，都得用時間和關係換來。 所謂的第三人生，從來不複雜。可能是一場茶會、一堂課，一句有人記得你的招呼；或者，只是在雨天的街角，有人記得你穿著雨鞋來。 這集節目也許讓我們會想起誰，也許會想起未來的某個自己。有些聲音不必大聲，只願在世界靜下來時，還能陪你一起呼吸。 GifuTalk — a voice for the quiet chapters of life GifuTalk listens with intention, and speaks with care. Our guest today is Liu Lanying— a woman who has spent years planting care in Longdu’s soil. She doesn’t talk about elder centers like institutions. She speaks of them as places that remembered. Places that know how to bring people together, how to tend to loneliness, how to make someone feel seen— right where they’ve always called home. She tells us about five quiet treasures of the third life: a partner beside you, a roof above, a modest savings, a faithful friend, a body that still carries you gently. These aren’t luxuries.
